Anthony was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. His father immigrated to the United States from the Philippines and became a highly respected and innovative bariatric surgeon in Tulsa. His mother is a successful homemaker. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Oklahoma. Thereafter, he worked for a technology company installing banking software all across the country. After realizing his desire to help people, Anthony decided to attend law school at The University of Tulsa. While in law school, he was heavily involved in moot court trial teams. As a trial team member, he traveled and competed against teams from other law schools. He received his law degree in 2004.

After graduating from law school, Anthony was hired by the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, he handled a wide range of cases such as DUI, drug crimes and violent crimes. After leaving the District Attorney's Office, he was employed at one of the largest insurance defense law firms in Oklahoma. Anthony practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, auto accidents, insurance bad faith, products liability and premises liability.

Anthony is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma State and Federal Courts. He wishes to utilize the valuable experience gained from his previous employers to help people in need.

Anthony also is an adjunct professor at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. He teaches business law, management and human resources.

Anthony is married to Liberty. They enjoy traveling, going to the lake and playing with their dogs.
